  • Receive a winter's worth of beautiful and delicious dry beans - all grown right here in the Finger Lakes. The share includes a diversity of bean varieties, from familiar pantry staples to unique heirlooms. Sign up to ensure you've got the perfect bean for every winter meal!

    3 monthly deliveries the first distribution of the month Jan-March, a total of 16lbs of beans over the course of the season!

  • Mike and Jennifer Edmondson of Willseyville provide Full Plate members with great, organically grown shiitake mushrooms. This year the share runs twelve weeks and includes 12 ounces (3/4 lb) of fresh log-grown shiitake mushrooms weekly. Full and Half size shares available for all your mushroom needs!

    Dates TBA. The Mushroom season typically runs late June into early fall.

  • High-Ground Gardens is a small scale, no-till culinary herb farm located in Ovid, N.Y. This share will supply organically grown common, exotic, and aromatic herbs for the adventurous home chef. Offering herbs such as thyme, ginger, basil, shiso, tarragon, and so much more! Compliment the bounty of the Finger Lakes, beyond salt and pepper!

  • 100% grass-fed and pasture-finished beef raised from birth to butcher in Hector, NY. With restorative agriculture as a goal, we practice management intensive rotational grazing to support soil, plant and animal health. Our herd of black Angus cows is the powerhouse to regenerate perennial pastures and silvopastures. Please visit www.backbonefarm.org for more information on our custom-cut bulk bundles.   • We are a creamery in Brooktondale, NY that specializes in making raw cow milk cheeses. We make cheese in small batches one day a week using milk from our neighbor's dairy herd. We make a variety of cheeses including Gouda, Feta, Swiss, Asiago, Caerphilly, and Stilton.
