Pickup Thursday afternoon for the freshest, best share! Friday morning pickup welcome, but note that group sites do not have refrigeration, please understand that waiting to pickup may mean your share will be impacted by summer heat and winter freezes.

Shares are all in the walk-in cooler just inside the barn door on your right. Park in front of greenhouse and enter barn through the sliding door along the loading dock.
They’re freshest on Thursday, but you may pickup anytime through the following Wednesday if needed.

Shares will be the enclosed, insulated Full Plate cabinet just outside the Ithaca Bakery. Check off, open up, grab your share and close the door behind you!

Please leave a cooler out to protect your share from heat and squirrels! It should be large enough to fit a 13x11x10 box.
We aim to have all boxes delivered by 3pm, but cannot provide specific time estimates.
Home Delivery may change slightly due to route & weather, and may be as late as 5pm. Delays later than 5pm would be communicated directly, please reach out if your box has not arrived by then.

Unclaimed boxes are donated after noon on Friday

Gently unfold your boxes and return to your pickup weekly (how to video) waxed CSA boxes are re-usable, not recyclable
if you miss pickup…
Once your box is harvested, packed and delivered, it is your responsibility to pickup. We cannot replace shares you forgot to pickup, or were late to pickup.
You may, have a friend pickup for you or contact your host to see if they can hold your box longer. Thinking ahead? You have more options:

Shares cannot be replaced after the Friday noon pickup deadline. We keep replacement shares until then, if no replacement shares are available we can offer a double up the following week. We cannot refund missing shares.

we recommend one or two big bags and some smaller bags or clamshells for loose greens. Leave behind extras if you like!

feel free custom pack for your household in whatever bags you have, but keep this size in mind and be respectful of those who follow you!

There’s always more next week! In fairness to farmers and fellow members, DO NOT take for canning, preserving, or sharing outside of the CSA.
