Backbone Farm offers organically raised 100% grass-fed and pasture-finished beef. We practice management intensive rotational grazing for optimal herd, pasture and soil health. Our herd of black Angus cows lives from birth to butcher in our care on 105 acres of perennial pasture and silvopasture. Our small family farm is a woman-owned business in Hector. Reserve early as supply is limited from our small herd.

High-Ground Gardens is a small scale, no-till culinary herb farm located in Ovid, N.Y. This share includes 5 monthly boxes of herbs and spices both familiar and unusual to the finger lakes region, available at all free choice pickup locations as well as on-farm pickup! We are a creamery in Brooktondale, NY that specializes in making raw cow milk cheeses in small batches using milk from our neighbor's dairy herd. You can choose to receive a 1/2 lb or 1 lb each week during the season. Cheese styles include Gouda, Feta, Swiss and Asiago.
