As we look ahead to Summer 2025, we are excited to share that Full Plate will be covering 100% of our Subsidized CSA program internally following the end of the Winter 2024-25 season. This is made possible by the generosity of this community and work happening at the farms, and is a change that we hope will provide the most long term security for our Subsidized CSA programming. If you are a Subsidized CSA member, please know we are here with you and will continue to be. The Subsidized share offerings, rates, and eligibility will remain unchanged and we are committed to supporting and sharing the harvest with you for the long haul. If you have extra to give and would like to offer additional support to this effort, we are welcoming donations online or via checks made out to Full Plate and sent to PO Box 6898, Ithaca, NY 14851. And keep your eyes peeled for future fundraising events. Please note that we are not a 501c3 non-profit, but all donation funds will be held in a separate account and will be 100% directed to supporting subsidized CSA members. We know that many of you seek a 501C3 organization to make tax deductible donations to in the coming weeks. If you feel driven to support one of our ongoing nonprofit partnerships, we encourage you to support the great work happening at Friendship Donations Network, Friends of the Ithaca Farmers’ Market, and/or the Ithaca Waldorf School. As always, community collaboration remains central to all that we do. We look forward to continuing to partner with these organizations and many other pantries, producers and more. Stick and Stone and Remembrance Farm have been growing together for two decades now, but there are many others who have joined us in our work along the way. We extend a big thank you to the fellow farmers who helped us to fill out the share this season—High Ground Gardens, Three Stone Farm and Hill Side Farm— and to the pantries who helped us share food across the community—Friendship Donations Network, Immaculate Conception Food Pantry, Trumansburg Harvest and the Danby Food Pantry. As we reflect on our 20th season growing together as a Collective, and look ahead to the next, we wanted to once again say a big thank you. The support of this community has made so much possible for our farmers and members over the past 20 years, and we can’t wait to share all that the coming seasons bring with you.
