While some winter crops like roots and greens are consistent throughout, each half of the winter also has it’s own set of unique treasures. As we send out the last of the radicchio and flower sprouts and see the last bins of winter squash in sight, we’re excited to start bringing in fun crops from fellow producers to fill boxes and add variety through the season. The first round of dry beans from Buttermilk Bean will land in this week’s share, and in the coming weeks we look forward to ferments and sprouts accompanying all the other vegetable delights. Winter veggies brought to you by the teamwork of Stick and Stone Farm and Remembrance Farm and our friends at Hill Side Farm, Three Stone Farm, Buttermilk Bean, Food &amp; Ferments and Dancing Turtle too.</p>
