Return Your Waxed CSA Boxes

We count on regular returns to keep the shares flowing—that goes for veggie boxes, fruit boxes and milk/yogurt jars too.

Thank you for bringing them back regularly.

Waste Reduction

Waxed boxes are super reusable, but not recyclable. Help us give them the many life cycles they were intended to live, and reduce single-use packaging.

Affordability

At nearly $3 each, we’re sending out about $1200 worth of boxes alone every week(!), more on fruit weeks. We price our CSA on the assumption that most of these will make their way back to us. Box returns help us keep our waste and costs to you as low as possible.

Unfortunately box return rates have been low so far this winter, let’s turn that around!

How to?

There are a few options!

(1) Flatten your box (use the guide above if needed) and leave them at your group site each Thursday when getting your fresh share. Please stack box returns neatly as a courtesy to your pickup site host, thank you!

(2) Boxes can be dropped off at Stick and Stone, Remembrance or the Youth Farm any day of the week. The barns are open throughout the day and evening.

(3) If you get home delivery, you can simply put your box on your doorstep Wednesday evening and our driver will collect it when dropping off your fresh share on Thursday.
