Hi Folks, I hope you're all well! We made it *almost* all the way through the season without any crop changes... but alas, sometimes Mother Nature does intervene. This time, she caused some flight delays keeping our friends at Blue Heron from getting back to their farm. Therefore Koginut Squash are not in this week's shares. The good news? We were splurging on this last share (a common last week hoorah!)... so the value and bounty is still one of the best shares of the year. Spinach! And salad! Ferments! and more :) Eat well and be well, friends. Now we get to work on planting for the next share... just 14 weeks away. Thank you for a wonderful winter!
