We are a creamery in Brooktondale, NY that specializes in making raw cow milk cheeses. We make cheese in small batches one day a week using milk from our neighbor's herd of Jersey cows. We make a variety of cheeses including Cheddar, Gouda, Feta, Baby Swiss. We also have variations including hardwood smoked, herbs, and spices.

At Woodpepper, located right in Press Bay Court, we focus on highly hydrated loaves, fermented slowly with natural leavening, and made from organic ingredients. Check out our whole roster of breads here. We will rotate through the roster in order to maintain quality and sanity.

In the winter, we pack double-sized boxed shares of NYS fruity goodness. Each share includes ~15 pounds of fresh fruit plus juices and preserves or frozen fruit. We aim to include apples (lots of ‘em!), pears, frozen fruit, and other treats including jam, juice and cider. Occasionally even citrus or cranberries!
