Proceeds support the Full Plate Subsidy Program

proceeds from food, drink and merch sales at events will go to the Full Plate Subsidy Program. 100% of Subsidy Program donations directly support folks seeking assistance to access CSA shares. In 2026 we’re working to raise funds to support for 92 member households in the Full Plate community.

July 29 - VanNoble Farm

Specializing in on-site roasts and open fire cooking, Van Noble serves up their pasture raised pork alongside more local produce and meats.

Aug 26 - Jojo Cook

Jhoanna serves up delicious food inspired by her Salvadoran-Puerto Rican heritage and Texas upbringing

Sept 30 - Stone Bend Farm 

Stone Bend is bringing their pizza oven out to the farm serving up wood fired, farm-to-table pizza made with only the best local ingredients

Melissa brings together the best of FLX beverages, and makes a fine cocktail too! Each pop-up bar will feature a mocktail/cocktail option featuring in season fruit, plus an offering of local beer, cider and/or wine.
