You’ll get fresh salad and cooking greens from our year-round high tunnels, onions, garlic, potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squash and more veggies, plus dry beans, sprouts, and ferments from local partners. Join us for the unique experience of eating fresh, local food no matter how much snow is on the ground :)
