THE WINTER CSA BEGINS THURSDAY 12/5

if you have joined us for the winter (thank you!), you’ll find all you need to know in the Handbook below. Please take a few moments to look it over.

all shares are delivered fresh on Thursday

FARM PICKUPS

Pickup on Thursday for the freshest share*
Stick and Stone Farm - Th 7am - 9pm*
Remembrance Farm - Th 7am - 9pm*
Youth Farm (3 Swallows) - Th noon - 9pm*

*If you can’t make Thursday, you still have time! You have until the following Tuesday to pick up your share. The barns are open 7am-9pm daily.

GROUP SITE PICKUPS

Pickup Thursday afternoon. All shares delivered by 3pm
many sites offer backup pickup hours on Friday, but veggies are always freshest on Thu. Keep the weather in mind, some sites are exposed to freezing temps which could impact your share if left too long.

**Timing is weather dependent & may vary a bit. If there is recent snowfall, please expect later delivery than usual. Thank you for your patience & understanding! Please also be patient the first couple of weeks of the share as we streamline & get to know our route. Thank you!

Just unfold them gently and bring them to your site each week when you pickup your next share. Waxed boxes are super reusable but NOT recyclable.

If you have any leftover boxes or jars from summer, now is a great time to return them

And if you have a dairy share, please also be sure to return your (clean!) glass

missed shares & vacation options

1) Have a friend or house sitter pickup your share. No notice needed, just be sure they know where to look and which share(s) to take (and not to take :)

2) Donate Your Share. Email Molly by Monday and the farm will facilitate donation

3) Hold your share, double up later. Email Molly by Monday of the week you’ll be away

YOU MAY NOT JUST MISS A SHARE AND REQUEST A DOUBLE LATER. If you do not ask us not to harvest & pack for you in advance, we cannot harvest double for you later.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE: 12/15 and 1/5

ALL PAYMENTS ARE: $125 ($62 for HFFA members)

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS:

1. CHECK (preferred)

   Save time! Write & send all of your checks now, just date them for 12/15 & 1/15.

   or bring to: Stick and Stone Farm or Remembrance Farm

2. ONLINE on our website here

3. SNAP/EBT

   Go to a GreenStar register and say you’d like to pay Full Plate and the amount, then checkout with EBT. You must send us a copy of your receipt for EVERY EBT payment made - this is the only way we know you have made your payment! Email a photo or digital copy, or send a physical receipt to Full Plate Farms, PO Box 6898, Ithaca, NY 14851. Greenstar cannot accept any other payment methods on our behalf.

4. CASH brought to Stick & Stone or Remembrance in an envelope with your name

Having trouble making payments? Be in touch!
Your agreement with us is for the entire season, DO NOT just stop coming and expect that we will stop counting on you to pay for your share. Life happens, we get it, just be in communication and we'll work out a plan :)
